Tiktoker Eva_Feever reveals “16 things your mom might not have taught you”

Children who get to spend their lifetime with loving mothers are the luckiest people on earth. Thanks to them, we didn’t run off with the first guy we met to start the ‘life’ and, we didn’t dye hair in orange for the prom and, we got the strength to finish the college and the uni, and the list goes on.

But what about the ones who grew up without a mother. It’s a terrible thought to have. Yet, there are zillions of kids out there who haven’t got a mother. Maybe that’s the reason why this TikTok influencer Eva_feeva has millions of followers because she’s made a series of “things your mom might not have taught you” for the ones grew up without moms.

These are basic life tips from shaving legs to finding the skin type. But she has already touched millions of people’s hearts because now she is like a mom we never had.

#3 This Is More Cosmetologist Specific, Not Everyone Knows This And That’s Okay

First wash your face and pat it dry. Don’t apply anything and wait for an hour. Then asses your skin and use the assessment guide to find your skin type.

“I’m a 30-year-old mom of twin boys in Southern California, and I am a stay-at-home mom. I’m getting married this March and we have a giant dog named Ludo.” Eva Barda commented. Her first step of making the TikTok videos “as something fun and silly. It was a light creative outlet and I enjoy making them.”

Vinegar is a multifunctioning liquid. It’s a versatile, natural cleaning product. It can eliminate the odor of the clothes and it’s antibacterial and antifungal.

#6 Folding tips

eva_feeva

Everyone has a unique way of folding. But this is my favorite. First fold in half, then fold in half again and finally into thirds and then flip.
“Series started out light, just a quick little ‘how to’ on things I do every day, my first video was on how to fold a shirt. I thought it could make a cool series, on just everyday things that people may not know.” Eva continued. She was so touched that her little tips are making huge impacts on people around the world.

#7 Everyone has toe hair baby, not just you

eva_feeva

“Shaving your legs is best started with a nice warm shower. Make sure to use a washcloth or body glove for a light exfoliation. If you are comfortable, shaving is much easier done in the shower. But if this is new to you, it may be safer to hop out of the shower. Lather your legs well with shaving cream or hair conditioner, I prefer to use hair conditioner. A 4 or 5 blade razor is preferred. If your hair is very long of dense, it is better to start going in the same direction that the hair grows (down).

Every couple of strokes rinse off your razor. Then, go against the growth of hair (up) for a super close shave. Use a medium pressure. If your hair is already short and not too thick to begin with, you can start your shave going against the growth. Joints like knees can be tricky. Use light pressure and follow your skin carefully. Rinse off with warm water to get rid of any residue. Finish up by using a gentle lotion.”

#8 A Life Saver

eva_feeva

When things get rough, we need to have the utmost courage to remain calm. So,
Step 1. Breath through nose for 4 second
Step 2. Hold the breath for 4 seconds
Step 3. Exhale through mouth for 4 seconds
Step 4. Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat the cycle

#9 “Keeps Your Mattress Like New! I Bleach Mine Every Time I Wash the Sheets”

eva_feeva

This will save your mattress protector for a long time from sweat, dead skin cells, spills and much more.
Eva is overwhelmed by the responses she receives every day. “The feedback has brought tears to my eyes hearing everyone’s journey. Many of my followers have had their mother pass away, been abused, in foster care, etc. I am just so touched to be able to make an impact or help any of these sweet people at all.

Many of them were never taught basic life skills or have had to figure it out along the way, and I am so happy to be able to help fill in any of those gaps. My heart is so big for all of my followers.”

#10 “Always keep in your pocket”

eva_feeva

Remember that you are worthy. You are unique and you deserve the whole world. So, never doubt yourself even for a second because you are thousand times worthy.

#11 “I Am a Licensed Cosmetologist. Also Don’t Be Afraid to Extend Care to Your Hands, Chest, And Back Of The Hands”

eva_feeva

Wet your skin using your hands, so things won’t get messier. Then apply the cleanser matching to your skin type. Then make a little swimming pool using your hands again and rinse the skin and pat it dry. Then use a toner to get rid from impurities and it makes the skin ready for a serum.

Use a serum on skin, including your neck also, which boots your skin with the ingredients it needs. Use a moisturizer and then a sunscreen. You can avoid the damage the sun rays create if you add wearing a sunscreen starting from today.

#12 Empty the Pockets and Pretreat the Stains

eva_feeva

Read the guidelines in the detergent bottle first. It tells you which line to fill in. Put the detergent first, and then load the clothes. Don’t pack the clothes because the machine needs the space to swish around.

# 13 Pump Your Gas

eva_feeva

Turn off the car and take out the keys
Open the gas door and remove the cap
Insert your card to the machine which will ask for your pin or the zip code or you can go inside and pay if you have cash.
Pick your gas. Most vehicles need Unleaded
Pop the pump in and hold the handle in one place and wait to fill up
Then put the gas pump back, screw back the cap and close the gas door

Eva says that she is planning to continue her series and maybe extend it further to teaching cooking skills. Fingers crossed here 😉

#14 A way to make eggs

eva_feeva

“I find it easiest to prep your eggs in a big bowl. It is best to use a wisk, but mine is broken so today I’m using a fork. Next, it is great to add some milk or cream, which can keep your eggs a little softer. Then add a small slice of butter to a pan on medium-low. I like to use a flexible spatula to fold the eggs around. Let them sit for a minute then fold around again. Add salt, pepper, and some grated colby cheese. Fold around again.”

#16 Getting Ready to Fly

eva_feeva

“Make sure your bags are packed following airport rules. Many airlines have an app to check in ahead of time. Get familiar with your gate number and terminal. When first arriving to the airport, get dropped off at your terminal. You can arrive by a friend, Uber or airport parking shuttle. Now it is time to check your bag. You can check in curbside, or inside the airport. If you don’t have the app, here is where you can also check in and print a physical boarding pass. Keep your ID and boarding pass handy to be scanned at security. You might be asked to take off your shoes and to place your carry on the conveyor belt. All other smaller personal items will go in a basket.

Then you go through a metal detector or x ray machine. Take a seat to regather yourself and belongings. Phew! Take a deep breath if you need it. You’re doing great! Now let’s find our gate. Your gate might have a letter and a number. Follow the signs and don’t be afraid to ask someone who works there for help.

Keep following the signs and be aware of your surroundings. Check your gate screen to make sure you are at the right place and the boarding time hasn’t changed. There are seats at the gate to wait or you can walk around. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and general stores. It’s time to board! Go back to your gate. Your seat may be zoned into boarding groups. Wait until your boarding group is called. You’re on the plane! Find your seat. Place your carry on above your seat. Sit down, take a breath, you did it!”
