This Brave Man Saves A Drowning Chimpanzee While The Zoo Staff Backs Out..

How far would you go to save the one you love?

This could be a human or an animal, if you want to save someone, it doesn’t matter the species.

A new chimpanzee zoo has been opened in Detroit, and people rush in to enjoy the park with their loved ones.

Rick, among the hundreds of others, came to visit the park with his three children and wife to have some fun. Well, it turns out that the day was not fun at all.

The fight occurred between two chimpanzees gained the attention of the crowd. The bigger chimpanzee was really aggressive, and it was chasing the smaller one Jo-Jo.

As Jo-Jo was trying to escape, he fell into the nearby river. Unfortunately, chimpanzees can’t swim, which made Jo-Jo drawn in the river.

Proving that humans are not humane all the time, the crowd and the staff remained still. No one wanted to risk their lives to save the life of Jo-Jo. Yet, Rick volunteered to save the drowning chimpanzee.

The staff tried to stop him because the chimpanzees could be really violent when they feel threatened. Yet, Rick ran to save to Jo-Jo.

Rick dragged Jo-Jo by his left arm. But it was petrified that it didn’t cope up with Rick. However, Rick managed to take Jo-Jo to the ground safely.

“When I finally got him up the bank and I could hold him up there, he wasn’t moving. He was lifeless, but he was looking at me when I got him turned around, so I knew he was alive.”

The real danger came next to Rick. The other gorillas went to attack Rick as he was in the territory of chimpanzees. He couldn’t use the way he reached Jo-Jo. So, he ran to the border of the exhibit and managed to climb out just in time.

“When I finally got him up the bank and I could hold him up there, he wasn’t moving. He was lifeless, but he was looking at me when I got him turned around, so I knew he was alive.” Rick explained his experience to the Desert News.

Rick is a superhero, and there’s no doubt in that. But the question is, do we have that guts if someone we love faces the same situation?
