Willow loves her family so much. Especially her cat-sibling Percy. She always wants to do everything Percy does. She follows him when he looks out the window, cuddles with him on the couch, and even climbs around the house with him and much more.

In Willow’s mind, she and Percy are the exact same. She is not ready to admit that Percy is a small cat and she is a huge pit bull! “They would run around the house together and Percy would sit on the small cat tree to be her height,” said Socorro Jaramillo who is the duo’s mom. “Eventually Willow started trying to get up with him”

At first, Jaramillo was wary of Willow’s insistence on climbing high. But by the time she has come to terms with her dog’s quirkiness. Jaramillo loves to see her animals get along so well.

Jaramillo rescued Willow when she was about 9 weeks old in January 2020. She has siblings named Percy along with Klaus, an older cat, and Spike, a 9-year-old Chihuahua.

After about a week of living together full-time, they noticed Willow copying Klaus and Spike’s habits. As they were smaller those times they could climb up on the couch and were able to jump up to the window nook from there. In her first tries, Willow jumping up to be with her brothers was a struggle and she needed some help but after some practice, she was up and down by herself with no problem.

Willow loves her siblings and their attitudes and now she has them too. Also, her human family is happy to see their pets living together happily. Willow loves her human family with her entire being and has a constant wiggle butt whenever she meets a new person. Yeah, that proves a happy dog!

Willow is happiest anywhere her family is. The loyal pup proves that when it comes to friendship all other factors like size or species don’t matter at all!
