Lady and Stella were best friends and they were rescued together. Both of them were brought into the care of the RSPCA’s Cotswolds’ Dogs and Cats home. They were both bald and skinny and they were scared so much. It seemed that both of them were comforting each other.
Rescuers hoped that their special bond would help them to adjust to their new surroundings.
They had chronic skin problems that had caused them extensive fur loss and thickened scaly skin. Haley Medlock, a staff member said that they were both really sad and timid. The staff tried to gain their trust but it took some time. After weeks in there, they started to give them hints that they are cheeky and endearing personalities.
When time went by, Lady and Stella not only started to come out from the shells but they also began healing physically too. Their fur grew back and they put on some weight, and now they both look like completely different dogs.
Medlock and the staff were also surprised about their change in such a short time. They became fluffy and cuddly again. They have also transformed into the sweetest little dogs, and they are looking for the perfect home together!
Stella is a bright and energetic do and, Lady is a quiet one. They both like countryside walks and snuggles on the sofa. Stella thrives off the human company and would benefit from having someone around her, while Lady is timid. But she loves food, so can be won her heart with treats.
They would love to have a family with no young children or other pets. They would love a calm environment with a family who will give them time and space to grow. They are ready to have a new start in their life.
They are loving and loyal pets. Whoever will have them will get the beast companions to their family.
