Isn’t is frustrating, to feel down all the time? Do you feel as even if you are in the happiest place on earth, yet you feel sad? Well then, welcome on board.
I know it’s gonna get messier with every single minute. You don’t have a plan, you don’t feel like going out. It simply means like you are depressed.
However, have you ever thought of what causes your negativity? Is it your friends, your family or is it your own thoughts?
When we feel sad, we tend to drown in that feeling as there’s no escape from it. But, if you think deep, you will realize that it’s our own feelings which eat us alive.
Rule number one is to let go of your past. You cannot move in if you still cling on to your past. So, the best way to make peace with yourself is to make peace with your past.
Rule number two is not to give a damn about what others think. We are deluded through generations that we have to listen to what the ‘society’ says unless we will be outcasted. But have you ever thought that when we listen to the ‘society’, we are limiting ourselves? So, the best way to enjoy your life is by living your life in your own terms.
Rule number three is never “ever put your happiness in someone else’s hands. They’ll drop it. They’ll drop it every time”. You are responsible for your happiness, nobody else, only you and you. So, before accusing someone else of bringing you misery, you have to accuse yourself of putting the key to your happiness in someone else’s pocket.
Rule number four is to never compare yourself with others. Keep in mind that your clock is different from others. Your friend getting a job before you doesn’t mean that you gonna die jobless. What you have to is be patient and keep faith in yourself, because in the end everything is gonna be totally fine. If it’s not. Then it’s not the end.
Rule number five is to believe in time. I know time is the most wicked and greatest blessing you will ever have. No matter how much pain you are in, time is the best healer. So, never hate yourself for being sad or feeling down. All these emotions show that you are human.
Rule number six is to stop overthinking. Do you know that most of the time we are upset because we imagine scenarios that are never gonna happen? We let ourselves sink in our thoughts yet we don’t know how to get away from it. Trust me, we don’t need answers to everything. Sometimes the best way to go with the flow.
The last rule is, SMILE! Trust me, we don’t have all the problems in the world, even though we think we have. Our lives are too short to worry because we don’t know how long we gonna live. This is the reason why we have to enjoy every minute of it. In the end, we will remember them.
