The Irwin Family Mediates And Saves 90,000 Animals From The Australian Bush Fire.

It was devastating to hear about Australian bush fire. Ecologists from the University of Sydney has declared that more than 480 million animals have died in the past three months.

Many people volunteered to rescue the threatened animals. With these people, the Irwin family also came to rescue the animals in their motherland.  Bindi Irwin, the daughter of the famous Australian zookeeper says that she and her staff have been fighting to save the rest of the animals.

This 21-year old girl wrote on Instagram that she is truly sorry for the loss of human lives and wildlife due to the fire in Australia. Furthermore, she states that there is no fire near the Australia Zoo or their properties. Hence, they have already treated over 90,000 animals in the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital which her parents have dedicated to her grandmother.

The following video which is about the fleeing kangaroos from the fire shows the plight of their lives. This scene was filmed near the New South Wales village of Bredbo.

Mitchell Lyons who filmed this says that though kangaroos don’t know which way to run from cars, they clearly know how to run from the fire.

Wildlife rescue services could save thousands of kangaroos and treated their burnt feet pads. Yet many wildlife experts estimated that millions of animals lost their lives due to ravaging bush fire.

Many species such as kangaroos, wallabies, possums, koalas, wombats, and echidnas have been highly affected by this devastating bush fire. It says that koalas are mostly affected as it’s believed that about 30% of one entire koala colony on the northeast coast of the country has perished.

Apart from danger caused to the wildlife, this burning hell has released a hazardous level of smoke to air which even has affected the people hundred miles away.

In New year’s Eve, Australian Capital Territory states that the air quality index shows a shocking 4,650. The AQI should be below 200 when the air is pure. Hence, the recorded readings is a warning for the Australians.

In Monash also, the reading was higher than the poorest air quality cities such as Kolkata and Delhi which show only 400. In other parts of Australia as Civic recorded 3,436 and Florey registered 3,508. From these stats, we could tell that the beginning of 2020 is not so good for the whole world.
