Blue java bananas which tastes just like vanilla ice cream

I have seen many varieties of interesting foods in my day, but I must admit that these bananas are excessive.

The blue Java, this popular variety of bananas, , is more than beautiful. It is becoming more and more popular, as it is very similar to vanilla ice cream in terms of consistency and flavor. The name, Blue Java, comes from the unique blue aquamarine peel, but when you open it, the real taste is inside. The color of the interior is yellow-white, but the taste is out of this world.

Although Blue Java is perhaps the most popular name for this fruit, it is also known by other names. This includes frozen bananas in Hawaii, Cenizo in Central America and Hawaiian bananas in Fiji.

This banana is native to Southeast Asia and is now found in other continents, including northern Australia. As a general rule, bananas do not grow well in colder regions because they are a tropical fruit. The most popular varieties of bananas will not grow if the average temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and they will die when the temperature decreases to 28. It is possible to grow the robust blue Java banana at temperatures as low as 20F.

Do you want to grow the 'Ice Cream Banana'?

You can grow this variety in your own garden if the weather is right for you. In the United States, you can develop Blue Java in zones 9 through 11 of the USDA, but some areas in zone 8 are doing well. The zone map divides the United States into 11 zones, each zone being 10 ΓΈ F warmer or colder than the neighboring zone. It helps gardeners and farmers to know the right plants to grow in their area.

Once the blue Java tree reaches its maximum size, it will reach 20 feet in height. If you plant a pseudoteme, the leaves take approximately 9 months to appear. Trees can also be delivered to plant in different stages of development.

The cultivation of bananas does not require much effort, but here are some tips to start.

Bananas like moist conditions. The soil should be rich, hot and well watered. Blue Java plants should be watered frequently and properly during the growing season, but you do not want the plant to float. Also consider the depth of the soil to prevent root rot.

Use an NPK fertilizer that contains nutrients in a ratio of 3: 1: 6 to feed your plant. Use the fertilizer when it is hot. Spray around the root to lower to the ground. Add one cup of fertilizer every 2 feet of plant growth.

Prune secondary shoots around each rhizome. A minimum of 1 shot must be left for continuous growth. Excessive growth will retard tree growth.

Bananas need sunlight to germinate. It can grow in full sun or partially in the sun, but it is difficult to germinate the plants if they are covered with clouds.

Uses for Java Blue

The large, sturdy leaves of the Blue Java plant can be used as parchment paper or other type of cooking packaging. They can also be used for boiling, steaming, baking, roasting or drying. One thing to remember is the porous nature of the leaves that can allow the juices to flow. Placing food packed in a pan will reduce the damage.

Many people simply appreciate the taste of vanilla ice cream when eating it instead of ice cream. Bananas contain a lot of energy and are low in fat. 100 grams of banana contain approximately 0.3 grams of fat, 22.8 grams of carbohydrates and 89 calories.

Bananas are a rich source of potassium, a mineral that promotes the response of nerve cells and proper muscle contraction. Having enough potassium in your diet helps lower blood pressure and is important for an adequate cardiac contraction.

You can easily replace ordinary bananas with blue java in all recipes. They make delicious smoothies, banana pancakes, bananas and banana cookies and, of course, banana ice cream.
