  1.  Find some silence, get away from all the distractions and sit in silence at least 10 minutes a day.
  2. When you wakeup in the morning, think that you are going to have a bright day, no matter how much work you have ahead.

  4. Drink water, drink tea and green tea if you can. As snacks eat blueberries, Add broccoli and almonds to your meal.
  5. Make others smile. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
